1. Log onto our website at: www.fotoprint.ca
2. Select “Orders & Estimates”
3. Please choose “Miscellaneous Submission” from the left side menu bar and fill out the form as requested. The form will indicate which fields must be entered.
4. Important! Please indicate Susan as your contact at Fotoprint – this will ensure our CSR is notified that the files have arrived.
5. Once completed, hit the “proceed” button and a browser will appear for you to select your file/folder from a location on your computer.
6. You will receive an automatic notification that confirms your submission – this will be sent directly to the email address you provided on the form.
7. Our CSR at the plant will also be notified that your file has been submitted.

You may also send in a disc (CD or DVD) attn: Susan to the above address.
